Poster Information

The maximum dimension of the poster is A0 (841 x 1189 mm), portrait orientation. If you intend to use landscape orientation for your poster please note that the maximum acceptable width is 850 mm.

There will be four poster sessions for presenting all contributed papers:

  • two on Monday, July 27, from 15:30 to 17:00 and from 17:15 to 18:45
  • one on Tuesday, July 28, from 16:30 to 18:00
  • one on Thursday, July 30, from 16:30 to 18:00

Presenting participants are requested to put up their posters at least half an hour before their time of  presentation.

Participants are expected to remove their posters right after their corresponding poster session. The posters can be attached with special adhesive clay, which will be available at the Registration Desk. No tacks or other tape should be used.

The poster sessions will take place in The Hall of the Lost Steps.
